Where We Ship

Orders placed on ELEGOO CA (ca.elegoo.com) can be shipped to Canada. 

Estimated Delivery Time:

  1. In-stock Product: 3-7 workdays for delivery.
  2. Pre-owned Product: 4-8 workdays for delivery.
  3. Pre-order Product: We will ship the product according to the estimated delivery time on the page, after shipment, it takes 3-7 workdays.

1. Once the package has been dispatched, please promptly monitor its status. If you encounter any of the following situations, please contact us immediately to prevent exceeding the logistics channel's tracing period: the package status remains unchanged for over 7 days, or if the package has been signed for but not received by you.
2. Upon receiving the goods, please ensure that the order is complete and undamaged. For any logistics inquiries, feel free to reach out to us without delay.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address.

Shipping Fees

For orders over $65 CAD, it’s FREE SHIPPING. Orders under $65 CAD will be charged a $20 CAD shipping fee. EXCEPT this condition:

Orders that include Saturn 4, Saturn 4 Ultra, or Saturn 4 Ultra 16K will incur a shipping fee of $30 CAD per unit.

Orders that include Centauri or Centauri Carbon will incur a shipping fee of $50 CAD per unit.

Ownership, Terms, and Risk

1. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Once the package is dispatched, we cannot reroute it. You are solely responsible for verifying the address. If a loss occurs due to an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be liable for all financial losses.
Note: Please do not enter any PO Box address, otherwise your package can't be dispatched by any courier services.

2. Orders (excluding Pre-Orders) are typically forwarded to the warehouse 8 hours after placement. Once submitted to the warehouse, orders are generally non-cancellable and non-modifiable. If modifications are required, we will attempt to coordinate with the warehouse; however, success cannot be guaranteed. Costs incurred due to address errors or cancellations are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, and you will be responsible for payment.

1. Consumable Parts 
Consumable parts are either excluded from warranty coverage or covered under a limited warranty period. For the purpose of this policy, "consumables" are defined as disposable items, components, or parts of the Product that are inherently designed to deteriorate or wear out during normal use of the Product.

While these items may not be covered by the standard warranty or may have a limited warranty period as specified in the table above, we will gladly replace any consumable that fails due to a manufacturing defect, provided the printer itself is still under warranty. ELEGOO reserves the exclusive right to determine eligibility for replacement, and such decisions shall be final.

2. Accessories or Parts Purchased Separately
Accessories or parts purchased separately enjoy the same quality assurance policy as the complete machine.

3. Warranty Periods
All periods stated on this page are calculated from the date the original order was received. 

4. Warranty Forfeiture
This warranty does not cover the following cases:
A. Products not purchased from ELEGOO or authorized ELEGOO distributors with a valid receipt or invoice.
B. Products that are lost or stolen.
C. Products whose warranty period has expired.
D. Free products or products that have been refunded.
E. Products repaired by a third party or modified by an individual.
F. Damage caused by external factors or misuse of products (including but not limited to resin leakage, falls, improper operation), normal discoloration, wear and tear, or other non-quality-related issues.
G. LCD screens that can not provide an identifiable SN code.
 
5. Warranty in Other Regions
For consumers protected by local consumer laws in their country of purchase, ELEGOO's Limited Warranty benefits are provided in addition to all rights and remedies under such laws, including but not limited to those described above. If local regulations specify a warranty period longer than our stated policy, the longer period will apply, and we will fully comply with local requirements to support our customers.

The Neptune 4 Plus comes with the powerful Klipper firmware, enabling impressive printing speeds of up to 500 mm/s (default 250 mm/s) and up to 12,000 mm/s² acceleration, supporting advanced features such as input shaping and pressure advance calibration.

It is also equipped with acceleration sensors on the X and Y axes, ensuring automatic calibration and improved print quality

Klipper High-speed Motherboard

Neptune 4 Plus adopts a Klipper motherboard and an ARM 64-bit 1.5G main frequency quad-core processor.

With pre-installed Klipper firmware, the printing speed can reach 500 mm/s (default 250 mm/s) with up to 12,000 mm/s² acceleration. The 8 GB ROM gives you ample storage capacity for various print files.

In addition, the printer supports input shaping and pressure advance to improve print quality and reduce issues like artifacts, filament ooze, and blobbing. With acceleration sensors on the X-axis and Y-axis to automatically calibrate resonance compensation parameters for less vibrations and precise prints.

300°C High-Temp Nozzle

The 300 °C high-temp nozzle kit features an extended hot end, a 60 W ceramic heating element and a brass heating block, capable of printing various filaments including nylon.

The automatic calibration of nozzle PID parameters ensures precise temperature control for stable and consistent printing performance.

Powerful Extruder & Upgraded Hotend

The dual-gear direct extruder features a 5.2:1 reduction ratio for reliable and smooth filament extrusion, weighing only 290 g. All-titanium alloy throat pipe enables fast heat dissipation and reduces nozzle clogging. The 60 W high-power ceramic heating element and brass heating block provide efficient and uniform heating for quick filament melting even during high-speed printing.

The extended hotend nozzle can withstand temperatures up to 300 °C, making it capable of printing PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, and high-temp filament nylon.

The automatic calibration of nozzle PID parameters optimizes nozzle thermal performance and temperature control, ensuring consistent and reliable printing results.

The print head incorporates 2 x 4015 thickened double-sided cooling fans and a 3010 ball-bearing blower fan for omnidirectional heat dissipation and to prevent filament warping or deformation.

The 2 x 6025 ball-bearing blower fans behind the print head further enhance cooling performance by rapidly cooling the newly deposited layers.

The upgraded dual-sided plate ensures perfect PLA prints with a new specialized PLA Surface for excellent adhesion and minimal warping even at lower heatbed temperatures. The original Textured PEI Surface ensures strong adhesion and easy print removal, supporting materials from PLA and TPU to high-temp options like ABS and carbon fiber.

The Z-axis incorporates dual lead screws, dual motors, and a double tie rods structure to ensure stability and precise layer alignment. The Y-axis features two rows of 3+3V wheels for smooth and stable motion, and a double Y-axis profile design to further enhance overall rigidity and printing stability.
