Where We Ship

Orders placed on ELEGOO CA (ca.elegoo.com) can be shipped to Canada.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  1. In-stock Product: 3-7 workdays for delivery.
  2. Pre-owned Product: 4-8 workdays for delivery.
  3. Pre-order Product: We will ship the product according to the estimated delivery time on the page, after shipment, it takes 3-7 workdays.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address.

Shipping Fees

For orders over $65 CAD, it’s FREE SHIPPING. Orders under $65 CAD will be charged a $20 CAD shipping fee. EXCEPT this condition:

Orders that include Saturn 4, Saturn 4 Ultra, or Saturn 4 Ultra 16K will incur a shipping fee of $30 CAD per unit.

Orders that include Centauri or Centauri Carbon will incur a shipping fee of $50 CAD per unit.

Ownership, Terms, and Risk

Please ensure your address details are correct as once the parcel is on its way we cannot re-direct it. It is your responsibility to check and verify. Should any loss be incurred due to the input of an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be held responsible as the sole bearer of the pecuniary loss.

Note: Please do not enter any PO Box address, otherwise your package can’t be dispatched by any express.

Normally the orders that have been shipped out (you have received the tracking number or your order status has been completed) cannot be canceled. If you have to refuse delivery due to force majeure after the package is dispatched from ELEGOO, you are subject to the return and refund policies and must pay for the original shipping charges, which will be deducted from your refund.

If you do not contact the delivery company within 5 days after the delivery attempt, they may return the goods to us. A return charge may be assigned to us which may be twice of the delivery cost. If the case of this happens, we reserve the right to ask you to pay the return charge plus an additional re-delivery cost before we re-dispatch the item to you.

1. Consumable Parts 
Consumable parts are either excluded from warranty coverage or covered under a limited warranty period. For the purpose of this policy, "consumables" are defined as disposable items, components, or parts of the Product that are inherently designed to deteriorate or wear out during normal use of the Product.

While these items may not be covered by the standard warranty or may have a limited warranty period as specified in the table above, we will gladly replace any consumable that fails due to a manufacturing defect, provided the printer itself is still under warranty. ELEGOO reserves the exclusive right to determine eligibility for replacement, and such decisions shall be final.

2. Accessories or Parts Purchased Separately
Accessories or parts purchased separately enjoy the same quality assurance policy as the complete machine.

3. Warranty Periods
All periods stated on this page are calculated from the date the original order was received. 

4. Warranty Forfeiture
This warranty does not cover the following cases:
A. Products not purchased from ELEGOO or authorized ELEGOO distributors with a valid receipt or invoice.
B. Products that are lost or stolen.
C. Products whose warranty period has expired.
D. Free products or products that have been refunded.
E. Products repaired by a third party or modified by an individual.
F. Damage caused by external factors or misuse of products (including but not limited to resin leakage, falls, improper operation), normal discoloration, wear and tear, or other non-quality-related issues.
G. LCD screens that can not provide an identifiable SN code.
 
5. Warranty in Other Regions
For consumers protected by local consumer laws in their country of purchase, ELEGOO's Limited Warranty benefits are provided in addition to all rights and remedies under such laws, including but not limited to those described above. If local regulations specify a warranty period longer than our stated policy, the longer period will apply, and we will fully comply with local requirements to support our customers.

Important Notes:

1. These clauses do not apply to pre-owned or refurbished items.
2. All return requests must be approved by our official customer support team and be sent to our designated address as instructed. Unapproved returns may be rejected or lost, and we are not liable for such cases. Please confirm with customer support before returning to ensure safe processing.
3. The original item must be shipped within 7 days (return label is valid for 7 days) after return/replacement approval. Failure to do so will void the request, and later contact may require re-troubleshooting.
4. Please retain the original packaging to ensure your product is protected during transit. Deviating from our packaging instructions may void the warranty and incur additional charges. For warranty claims, the original box and packing materials are required to avoid processing delays.
5. The returned product will be thoroughly inspected by ELEGOO upon receipt to determine if it meets the inspection criteria. If the returned product fails to meet these criteria, your refund request may be rejected or subject to a deduction fee at ELEGOO's sole discretion.

ELEGOO Saturn 3 adopts a 10-inch 12K mono LCD with a resolution of 11520x5120 and an XY resolution of 19x24 microns, which allows for the production of intricate models with excellent details and exceptional sharpness. The replaceable 9H tempered glass effectively prevents scratches and damage to the LCD screen and prolongs its lifespan.

COB + Fresnel Collimating Lens

The COB light source paired with Fresnel collimating lens ensures a more perpendicular and uniform exposure across the screen, within a 5-degree light angle & 0.5% light-scattering coefficient, and 90% light uniformity, allowing you to print truly impressive models with smooth surfaces and sharp edges.

Upgraded Heat Dissipation System

The upgraded heat dissipation system includes 6 double heat-conducting copper tubes and 4 cooling fans on both sides of the light source for faster ventilation and better heat dissipation. This ensures that your printer is working at its best, prolonging its lifespan.

The dual linear guide rail design ensures that the Z-axis movement is quieter, more stable, and precise, reducing riffles on final prints.

The laser-carved build plate with excellent adhesion ensures that your prints stick to the build plate even when printing large models.

The non-slip hexagon socket leveling screws are designed for easy handling, making leveling fast and easy.

The printer's mid-plate is designed with a raised step to prevent resin from flowing inside the printer, keeping your machine components safe and clean.

The Voxeldance Tango software is designed to improve your printing efficiency, offering static mode and dynamic printing mode (dynamic mode including smooth mode and high-speed mode). With the open-source GOO slice file format, you can use third-party slicing software, such as CHITUBOX and Lychee Slicer, for added flexibility and convenience.

Your printing safety is our concern, which is why we've included an upgraded USB-powered air purifier, with a plastic protective case to effectively protect the built-in activated carbon filter from damage and breakage during transportation.
