Where We Ship

Orders placed on ELEGOO CA (ca.elegoo.com) can be shipped to Canada. 

Estimated Delivery Time:

  1. In-stock Product: 3-7 workdays for delivery.
  2. Pre-owned Product: 4-8 workdays for delivery.
  3. Pre-order Product: We will ship the product according to the estimated delivery time on the page, after shipment, it takes 3-7 workdays.

1. Once the package has been dispatched, please promptly monitor its status. If you encounter any of the following situations, please contact us immediately to prevent exceeding the logistics channel's tracing period: the package status remains unchanged for over 7 days, or if the package has been signed for but not received by you.
2. Upon receiving the goods, please ensure that the order is complete and undamaged. For any logistics inquiries, feel free to reach out to us without delay.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address.

Shipping Fees

For orders over $65 CAD, it’s FREE SHIPPING. Orders under $65 CAD will be charged a $20 CAD shipping fee. EXCEPT this condition:

Orders that include Saturn 4, Saturn 4 Ultra, or Saturn 4 Ultra 16K will incur a shipping fee of $30 CAD per unit.

Orders that include Centauri or Centauri Carbon will incur a shipping fee of $50 CAD per unit.

Ownership, Terms, and Risk

1. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Once the package is dispatched, we cannot reroute it. You are solely responsible for verifying the address. If a loss occurs due to an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be liable for all financial losses.
Note: Please do not enter any PO Box address, otherwise your package can't be dispatched by any courier services.

2. Orders (excluding Pre-Orders) are typically forwarded to the warehouse 8 hours after placement. Once submitted to the warehouse, orders are generally non-cancellable and non-modifiable. If modifications are required, we will attempt to coordinate with the warehouse; however, success cannot be guaranteed. Costs incurred due to address errors or cancellations are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, and you will be responsible for payment.

3. Please ensure all order details are accurate and your phone is accessible. If a product is returned due to the following reasons, we reserve the right to charge return shipping fees and redelivery costs prior to resending the item:
A. Failure to contact the delivery carrier within 5 days of a delivery attempt.

1. Consumable Parts 
Consumable parts are either excluded from warranty coverage or covered under a limited warranty period. For the purpose of this policy, "consumables" are defined as disposable items, components, or parts of the Product that are inherently designed to deteriorate or wear out during normal use of the Product.

While these items may not be covered by the standard warranty or may have a limited warranty period as specified in the table above, we will gladly replace any consumable that fails due to a manufacturing defect, provided the printer itself is still under warranty. ELEGOO reserves the exclusive right to determine eligibility for replacement, and such decisions shall be final.

2. Accessories or Parts Purchased Separately
Accessories or parts purchased separately enjoy the same quality assurance policy as the complete machine.

3. Warranty Periods
All periods stated on this page are calculated from the date the original order was received. 

4. Warranty Forfeiture
This warranty does not cover the following cases:
A. Products not purchased from ELEGOO or authorized ELEGOO distributors with a valid receipt or invoice.
B. Products that are lost or stolen.
C. Products whose warranty period has expired.
D. Free products or products that have been refunded.
E. Products repaired by a third party or modified by an individual.
F. Damage caused by external factors or misuse of products (including but not limited to resin leakage, falls, improper operation), normal discoloration, wear and tear, or other non-quality-related issues.
G. LCD screens that can not provide an identifiable SN code.
 
5. Warranty in Other Regions
For consumers protected by local consumer laws in their country of purchase, ELEGOO's Limited Warranty benefits are provided in addition to all rights and remedies under such laws, including but not limited to those described above. If local regulations specify a warranty period longer than our stated policy, the longer period will apply, and we will fully comply with local requirements to support our customers.

Important Notes:

1. These clauses do not apply to pre-owned or refurbished items.
2. All return requests must be approved by our official customer support team and be sent to our designated address as instructed. Unapproved returns may be rejected or lost, and we are not liable for such cases. Please confirm with customer support before returning to ensure safe processing.
3. The original item must be shipped within 7 days (return label is valid for 7 days) after return/replacement approval. Failure to do so will void the request, and later contact may require re-troubleshooting.
4. Please retain the original packaging to ensure your product is protected during transit. Deviating from our packaging instructions may void the warranty and incur additional charges. For warranty claims, the original box and packing materials are required to avoid processing delays.
5. The returned product will be thoroughly inspected by ELEGOO upon receipt to determine if it meets the inspection criteria. If the returned product fails to meet these criteria, your refund request may be rejected or subject to a deduction fee at ELEGOO's sole discretion.
6. Refunds or replacement products will be processed after we receive the returned item.

8K Vivid Details

The 10-inch 8K mono LCD screen is jointly developed by ELEGOO and INNOLUX, with a UHD resolution of 7680x4320 and a 380:1 high contrast ratio, you can print out highly-detailed prints with sharper edges and corners at micron-level accuracy, support printing layer thickness down to 0.01-0.2mm in a faster printing speed of 1-3s.

Large Printing Space

A fairly large workspace of 219x123x250mm and 225x129mm build plate will open up new creative possibilities for larger models or batch printing requirements. An all-metal resin vat with feet prevents the PFA release liner from touching your work surface.

Super Stable Structure

Double Z-axis linear railway is designed with a shock absorption unit at the bottom for a quieter, steadier, and more precise motion. The sandblasted surface build plate provides a much stronger adherence, especially when printing larger 3D models, while PFA release liner with less release tension for a higher printing success rate.

Fresnel collimating light source with FCLS innovative patented technology is designed with COB lens consists of 48 highly integrated LED lights, working with FCL system Fresnel lens, ensuring uniform UV light beam cover across the entire LCD screen with consistent accuracy.
The replaceable scratch-resistant tempered glass with 9H hardness fits perfectly and restores print details while protecting the screen.

The air purifier with built-in activated carbon air filtration system can effectively reduce resin odor for a refreshing printing environment. The heat dissipation system includes double heat-conducting copper heat tubes with faster ventilation and heat dissipation.

Compatible with the latest version of Chitubox, Lychee slicer, with an automatic support algorithm, upgraded model repair tool, and the ability to manually refine as needed. Supports can also be added, edited and moved manually or automatically with one click.
