Return & Refund Policy
Important Notes:
1. These clauses do not apply to pre-owned or refurbished items.
2. All return requests must be approved by our official customer support team and be sent to our designated address as instructed. Unapproved returns may be rejected or lost, and we are not liable for such cases. Please confirm with customer support before returning to ensure safe processing.
3. The original item must be shipped within 7 days (return label is valid for 7 days) after return/replacement approval. Failure to do so will void the request, and later contact may require re-troubleshooting.
4. Please retain the original packaging to ensure your product is protected during transit. Deviating from our packaging instructions may void the warranty and incur additional charges. For warranty claims, the original box and packing materials are required to avoid processing delays.
5. The returned product will be thoroughly inspected by ELEGOO upon receipt to determine if it meets the inspection criteria. If the returned product fails to meet these criteria, your refund request may be rejected or subject to a deduction fee at ELEGOO's sole discretion.
6. Refunds or replacement products will be processed after we receive the returned item.
