    3.4 Limited Large Cash Vouchers (Issued as Gift Cards)
    3.4.1 Redemption Rules:
    4 rounds of cash vouchers will be available. Each round includes 3 tiered minimum spend thresholds, with a fixed number of vouchers per tier. Vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis until exhausted for each round.
    3.4.2 Voucher Release Rounds (EST):
    Cash vouchers will be released in 4 rounds at the following times:
    Round 1: December 2, 3:00 AM
    Round 2: December 5, 3:00 AM
    Round 3: December 12, 3:00 AM
    3.4.3 Voucher Tiers & Per-Round Allocation:
    Each tier features a fixed number of vouchers, with total quantities across all rounds as follows:
    Tier 1: $20 Voucher (valid on orders $599+) Total: 42 vouchers | Allocation per round: Round 1 (6) → Round 2 (12) → Round 3 (12) → Round 4 (12)
    Tier 2: $60 Voucher (valid on orders $999+) Total: 35 vouchers | Allocation per round: Round 1 (2) → Round 2 (2) → Round 3 (2) → Round 4 (2)
    Tier 3: $200 Voucher (valid on orders $2,999+) Total: 7 vouchers | Allocation per round: Round 1 (1) → Round 2 (1) → Round 3 (1) → Round 4 (1)
    3.4.4 Redemption Method:
    When the order subtotal meets the corresponding tier threshold, a redemption prompt will appear on the cart page before checkout. If cash voucher slots are still available, don’t forget to click "Pick" to claim your cash voucher reward before completing your purchase. No compensation will be provided for failure to claim the voucher despite meeting the eligibility criteria. Please note: Once the cash vouchers are fully claimed, the corresponding reward tier will no longer be visible or redeemable. Vouchers are limited—first come, first served.
    3.4.5 Usage Terms:
    Cash vouchers have no minimum spend requirement or product category restriction.
    Vouchers cannot be applied to shipping fees.
    Voucher expiration date: Jan 31, 2026. Unused vouchers will be forfeited after this date and cannot be reissued, extended, or converted to cash.
    3.4.6 Important Notes:
    Vouchers are issued as electronic gift cards and will be sent to the email address associated with the order.
    Valid only for use on Elegoo’s official website (https://us.elegoo.com).
    Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may only be used to deduct order amounts (excluding shipping fees).

    4. Orders & Shipping
    Due to high order volume during the promotion, shipping may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience.
    Consumables and accessories ship separately from 3D printers.

    5. Returns & Refunds
    Returns must include all free gifts (e.g., printer, materials or accessories) received with your order. If gifts are missing, used, or damaged, their value will be deducted from your refund amount.
    Elegoo reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of fraud, abuse, or other violations.

    General Provisons
    1. Promotion Modification, Suspension & Termination
    Elegoo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion (in whole or in part) at any time, and/or cancel any order, in the event of:
    1.1 Technical issues or system errors (including but not limited to incorrect discount calculations, voucher allocation failures, or website malfunctions) that materially affect the fairness or feasibility of the Promotion;
    1.2 Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies, government mandates, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond Elegoo’s reasonable control) that prevent Elegoo from fulfilling its obligations under these Terms;
    1.3 Fraud, abuse, or non-compliance (e.g., duplicate accounts, automated order tools, or attempts to manipulate the Promotion’s rules).

    2. Consequences of Termination/Cancellation
    In the event of Promotion termination or order cancellation under the above circumstances:
    2.1 Elegoo will notify affected participants via the email associated with their order (where practicable);
    2.2 For canceled orders, any payments made will be refunded in full to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe (in accordance with local consumer protection laws).

    3. Participant Agreement & Interpretation
    By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions, and agree that Elegoo’s decisions regarding the interpretation, modification, or termination of this Promotion shall be final.
